1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Text to Tabletop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Communications
We send two kinds of email. Service messages about your account, your tokens and your purchases are part of providing the service, and you receive them for as long as you have an account. We also send occasional messages about how to get more out of the generator and about new features. You can turn the second kind off at any time, with no effect on your account, by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or the preference toggle in your account settings. We do not sell or share your email address.
3. Description of Service
Text to Tabletop provides AI-powered image generation tools for creating tabletop role-playing game maps. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to generate content that involves:
- Child exploitation or sexual abuse material.
- Promotion of violence or hatred.
- Illegal acts or goods.
- Real people's private information without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the maps you generate using our service, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI models. We claim no ownership over your generated content.
6. Analytics and Service Monitoring
Subject to your consent choices, we use third-party analytics and monitoring services, including Google Analytics and Datadog, to measure how the service is used and to diagnose errors and performance issues. This includes session replay and heatmap tools that record page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Text you type into the service is masked and is not recorded by these tools. Details about what is collected, how to opt out, and how this data is handled are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
