Text to Tabletop ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up, we verify your email address and basic profile information via Google Authentication.
• Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with our service, including the maps you generate and prompts you use, to improve our AI models and service quality.
• Payment Information: We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
• Analytics and Session Data: With your consent, we collect information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and general device and browser information. See "Analytics and Session Replay" below for details.
• Time Zone: When you create an account we record your browser's time zone, so that any email we send arrives at a reasonable hour where you are.

3. Email We Send

We send service messages about your account, your tokens and your purchases, which are part of providing the service. We also send occasional messages about getting more out of the generator and about new features, triggered by how you have used the app, for example when your token balance reaches zero or a checkout does not complete.

Every one of those messages carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off at any time from the Communications section of your account page. Opting out never affects service messages or your account. Email is delivered by our sending provider on our behalf, and your address is not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. We record whether a message was delivered, opened or clicked so we can tell which ones are worth sending.

4. Analytics and Session Replay

We use two third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the product:

• Google Analytics: Collects aggregated usage statistics such as page views and feature usage.
• Datadog Real User Monitoring and Session Replay: Records how visitors interact with our pages, including clicks, mouse movement, scrolling, page performance, and errors. This data powers heatmaps and session replays that show us where users get stuck.

Both services run only after you accept our cookie and privacy banner. If you decline, or before you make a choice, no analytics or session data is collected. The only thing we record about the banner itself is an anonymous count of how many visitors see it and whether they accept or decline, with no identifying information attached, so we can honor and measure consent choices. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Session replays mask all text you type into form fields, including map prompts. Masked text is replaced before it leaves your browser and is never sent to Datadog. If you have an account, sessions are associated with your account identifier (not your name or email) so we can understand usage across visits. Analytics data is processed by Google and Datadog on our behalf and is retained according to their respective data retention policies. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our Service.
• Process your payments and manage your subscription.
• Improve our AI generation models.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve usability and fix problems.
• Send you important updates and service-related notices.
